Ha!…. Back in the day when I worked in a Psychology dept… (as an electronic engineer doing AI to create artificial vision for self-driving vehicles [how's that for a mixture! :-) ] - hey - what goes around comes around huh - Google car anyone? ) Back in that day, … we taught the cog sci psych students UNIX as their first OS and Quintus Prolog as their 1st language to do speech analysis (the dept was big on linguistics too.) Anyway - glad to hear that that's happening there - and being prodcutive. In the vision lab we also used Common Lisp (am I allowed to say those words here ;-) ? ) to do robotic arm control for pick'n'place tasks and scene analysis. Ah - reminiscing….! Kind regards Derek.
