Thanks for taking care. One quick question. The previous Subversion based repository
has a svn:external on Apache-Test:

Apache-Test https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/perl/Apache-Test/trunk

Is Apache-Test no longer needed? Testing worked fine for me with a freshly cloned
https://github.com/apache/httpd-tests.git which does not have an Apache-Test directory.
