Hi there!

I maintain a syntax highlighting library that depends on the machine-readable
documentation zips that used to be hosted at
https://downloads.apache.org/httpd/docs/ . We use this documentation to
generate keyword lists for highlighting. Was this removed by mistake, or is
there a different machine-readable documentation source we should use?
