Changed "For hybrid MPMs" to "For threaded and hybrid MPMs" to match
the introductory sentence and clarify that the default (16 × 25 = 400)
applies to all non-prefork MPMs including event.

Patched in r1933599 (trunk), r1933600 (2.4).
