(Sorry for the 5 year delay. I'm working through the entire Documentation bugs
backlog.)

Looking at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/httpd/ it looks like
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/httpd/binaries/netware/ is the only
remaining concern, right?

And, yes, that stuff needs to go away. I'll put a readme in there that tells
folks where to go look ... y'know, for the 2 people in the world who still care
about ancient Netware binaries.

And the stuff in Win32 is also ancient history.
