Please, investigate, if intentional or not intentional, and if not, please
correct as well.

Not so fast:

In docs/error/*.html.var I still discover these artefacts:

----------es--

Content-language: fr
Content-type: text/html

instead of

----------es--

Content-language: fr
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

and

-------pt-br--

Content-language: pt
Content-type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

instead of

-------pt-br--

Content-language: pt
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8



Please fix that, too, if forgotten.
