The documentation for SSLCARevocationFile and SSLCARevocationPath
now states that files are not re-read during normal operation and
a server restart is required for changes to take effect. This
addresses the original documentation gap.

Apologies that this sat open for 23 years. If the feature request
for automatic CRL reloading without restart is still relevant in
2026, please open a new bug against mod_ssl for that specific
enhancement.
