Patched in r1933916 (trunk) and r1933917 (2.4). Further wordsmithing of the
AllowOverride paragraph in per-directory RewriteRule notes: removed "your
administrator" framing, clarified that at least one of
FollowSymLinks/SymLinksIfOwnerMatch is required, and reframed AllowOverride as
a factual constraint rather than assuming pre-2.4 defaults.
