I fail to see your point; the current version *already* mentions PATH_INFO.
What the patch does is to avoid confusing readers, who must currently wonder
what is their URL’s PATH_INFO, when there is in fact most likely none. I
specifically suggested just dropping that mention in comment #8.

Anyway, I am crossing fingers whoever processes ticket #70042 will solve this
at the same time.
