Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Iggy (Incubating) v0.8.0 rc1

Hi,

+0 (binding) from me as there 3rd party code in the source release that is not mentioned in the LICENSE file. While this is not essential, it’s 3rd party code and should be listed for completeness.

I checked:
- incubating in name
- disclaimer exists
- LICENSE is not correct and is missing information from 3rd party files [1][2][3]
- NOTICE looks fine
- All expected files have ASF headers
- No unexpected binary files
- I did not compile from source

There is also a minor issue with Docker containers[4][5], see [6] and note they need to include the Incubator DISCLAIMER.
