Project work should happen on your dev list. The incubator general list is for broader Incubator topics.

There’s quite a bit you can do in parallel with the SGA:
- get everyone subscribed and using the dev list
- ensure ICLAs and accounts are in place
- start discussions on project setup, goals, and next steps
- prepare yournext  project report
