As long as the project has enough PPMC members for overseeing the podling
and moving forward to clear graduation tasks, I'm glad to see its
graduation.

I have known Livy from the very beginning. And I have observed that this
project has suffered from a lack of maintenance due to the original
authors' waning interest. However, since then, users have stepped up to
take over the community.

I believe this is an excellent example of how Apache, as a vendor-neutral
foundation, can ensure a project's continuity even after a single vendor
loses interest. Therefore, if the project meets the graduation
requirements, I would be very happy to see it graduate smoothly.

Best,
tison.
