It's good to hear that mentor engagement has been ongoing and that a release candidate is being finalised. I'd ask that one of the mentors confirm their engagement on this thread so we have that on the record.

On the private list: could you clarify whether the list was simply not being monitored, or whether there was another reason the thread wasn't picked up?

I'll look forward to seeing the release candidate.
