Apache Trademark MCP - small tool for naming and branding checks

Hi,

 I've put together a small, dependency-free MCP server for three
trademark-adjacent jobs that come up around the Incubator:
  - validating proposed project/podling names against reserved ASF
marks, the Native American restrictions, and the live committees
+ podlings list, plus running the GitHub/PyPI/npm searches
required by PODLINGNAMESEARCH and producing a JIRA-ready ticket
- auditing an Apache project homepage against the Project Branding
Requirements (heading form, footer attribution, nav links,
incubation disclaimer, etc.)
- auditing a third-party page using Apache marks (domain misuse,
branding form, disclaimer, logo misuse, credit link)
 
Findings cite the relevant policy URL.
