I don't mind paying for this if it can be done.
But I have been running this for 3 years by myself with hspheres help.

If I have to have a sys admin on call just for this, then I will need to abandon the whole project.

Does the email we are passing go out to all the list members?
If so maybe someone else has some ideas.

  Your looking for a sys admin then. Not just help with mod_layout.
  What your asking for falls within admin. That isn't going to be cheap and 
  could also end up being a contract job for this.

  I certainly wouldn't do it without atleast a 6 month to 1 year contract 
  because hsphere uses a hacked up apache to fit there needs. This requires the 
  person to know how to fix any issues that come out from mod_layout.
