Yes it goes out to all list members. And the honest truth I would get rid of anything that is hacked up like hspheres or cpanel. I would hire a linux system admin to do all your setups or possibly get webmin which is free and there are a few hosting modules you can use that are free and commercial. Webmin doesn't hack your system and nothing special is installed as far as programs. All these neat admin toys that windows users enjoy with linux only hurt the stability and function of the original distribution installation.
