The sticking point for me doing a new release for years has been test  
cases.

I need snapshots of how ModLayout is setup (aka the mod_layout  
contents in the http file) with files to drop in the Document Root  
that are simple scripts. I then need recorded output of what the  
contents should look like (so I can do a diff).
