mod_layout on ispcp hosting

i have ispcp hosting panel installed on one debian 64bit root server and =
i want to activate mod_layout. but i have troubles.
i have installed the new version of mod_layout 5.2 for the apache 2.x =
webserver. in the /etc/apache2/httpd.con is the modlayout module active =
( LoadModule layout_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_layout.so =
).
when i put
<IfModule mod_layout.c>
AddOutputFilter LAYOUT html php php4 php5 php3 shtml phtaml
LayoutFooter "<a href=3D\"http://www.test.de\">test wiki</a>"
</IfModule>
in my /etc/apache2/sites-available/ispcp.conf (this is the ispcp =
hosting panel virtualhost file) the text/domain is not showing in the =
footer.
what directive i can use ti show some text or one domain do alle =
customers of my server. i have over 1200 domains runing on that server. =
many users having problem on ispcp hosting panel and i dont know why. =
what i am doing wrong ?
