In trying to research our problem with the seg faults I came across this link that talked about someone with a problem that seemed somewhat similar. http://lists.backhand.org/pipermail/backhand-users/2001-February.txt It comes from 2001 and the person who posted said they would notify mod_log_spread maintainers of a problem they found. I couldn't find a posting listing the problem to the mls list (did it exist at that time? is the list archived?). Also I saw that the last change to mod_log_spread was 2000-10-21. So it didn't look like there was anything done about it. I know I might be taxing some memories here, but does anyone remember the above bug? The poster to the backhand list didn't give specifics on his solution. We are still trying to track this thing down. As I said before, we traced to seg faults to Apache::warn. I know that mod_lod_spread handles access logs, but does it mess with/harm the code for error logs? Thanks. -- Michael Peters Developer Plus Three, LP
