Hello everyone.  I would like to take an opportunity to thank Edward
Rudd for his fantastic work on mod_log_sql.  He has done some great
things with the module, and I know that he has even more features that
he wants to contribute.

His enthusiasm comes at a time when my own ability to support
mod_log_sql has dwindled, so I am grateful for his timing.  Edward and I
have discussed the module and its direction, and it is apparent we share
the same vision of mod_log_sql's success.  This weekend I made Edward a
proposal:  would you consider taking charge as mod_log_sql's official
maintainer?  He agreed, and I am delighted.

I'm proud to have had the module under my stewardship for the past few
years, but external pressures and demands recently diminished my ability
to give the module and its community the adequate attention that a
maintainer should.  Edward will now carry that torch, and I am certain
that he will outshine me in all areas.

He and I will be cooperating to shift the website, mailing list, etc. to
a new home in a smooth fashion.  We will be sure to announce changes on
this mailing list in order to keep everyone informed.
