I guess perhaps I'll need to dig further into building php. I do have a running php alongside mod_log_mysql, but it gets tricky when clients want all the extra addons (imap, gd, etc, etc) to php included. There's a nice php installer package available on OS X from entropy.ch, and he publishes his build process as well. It's not friendly to linking the mysql libraries to though, at least not to those feeble-minded as myself. :( Again though, great to see the refreshed development on mod_log_sql.
