There are a few utilities out there.
http://freshmeat.net/projects/apachelogviewsql/
http://freshmeat.net/projects/wlog/
http://freshmeat.net/projects/dtc/ (The author of this project uses and
maintains debian packages for mod_log_sql, not sure if he has any log
analysis utils)
You can also use AWstats and webalizer by using the script in the
contrib directory to export the data from the database into the standard
combined log format.

And you are free to write your own using standard SQL queries.
