Problems compiling on suse 9.1

Hello,

I am having trouble compiling on suse 9.1.  Configure is fine - i ran with 
the following: 

./configure -enable-ssl --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs2-prefork 
--with-ssl-inc=/usr/include/ssl
