And also a list of all of the loaded modules in apache (LoadModule lines with out a # in front of them), as well as your OS. (be specific if linux, ie.. Redhat 9). From what you pasted it looks like something is being overwritten in memory. What release of Front Page server extensions, and URL of the download for the FrontPage server extension you are using. This may be a problem with the front page server extensions, and I may not be able to fix it..
