I'm afraid that I know of no repository of these things, although many of the power users on the list may have some favorites that they will gladly share. Which hits upon an idea: I will gladly author a new section in the FAQ for such queries and gladly credit the author. If you have a really handy (simple OR complex) query that you favor, send it along!
