LogSQLTransferLogFormat does not work in server-context... I have three
nodes running ( 2 Digital, 1 RedHat 7.3 ) and none of them logged 
correctly with the directive in the server.

As for MassVirtualHosting, I've reworked my config files to not use it
and just stick with a defined LogSQLTransferLogTable directive
per virtual host and LogSQLCreateTables set to On.  I was having some of
the same issues with www.blah.com and blah.com not going to the same
table as well ( even with UseCanonicalName on )... doing it this way
solves both the problem of unneeded tables and multiple tables per
domain.

One more question: I've noticed that while I'm able to get query_string
info with 'a', there appears to be no way to retrieve in-page link
requests ( e.g., index.html#linkinfo ).  I can certainly live without it...
just wondering if I'm missing something simple to get it logging.
