Type 'hostname -fqdn'. This should give your domain name - you
probably do have one?

These directives are found in the Apache config file (usually
/etc/apache/httpd.conf). I'd suggest looking through the Apache
documentation. I can't give you a URL - I generally refer to the
O'Reilly "Apache - The Definitive Guide" when I need to modify my
configuration, though I am fairly sure that this is documented
online - start at http://httpd.apache.org/docs/
