Compile errors with latest OS X Dev Tools

I have found that if you are running the latest Dev Tools (April 2002) 
for Mac OS X 10.1 that mod_mp3 will not install.

These are the errors I get:

I think this also causes the "mod_mp3.c - Cannot create Shared Memory" 
error when using the older 0.23 Mac OS X version.

Any advise?
