Yes... You can... You need to look at the MP3Encoder directive. For an example of its' usage, please take a look at directives.h in your mod_mp3 sources. The file has example usage of all the directives found in mod_mp3, and is the only place the encoder stuff is documented right now. ;) You will need to have the LAME encoder installed!
