Now tested successfully with Perls 5.8.2 (patched for VC++ 2010),
5.10.1, 5.12.4, 5.12.5, 5.14.3, 5.14.4, 5.16.2, 5.16.3 and 5.17.5 too
(all on Windows 7 x64 using VC++ 2010 and Apache 2.2.22), so definitely
a +1 from me!
