RE: Could not create autodata file

Yes indeed,
Those folders exist and they are under apache user with right privileges.
Any other idea??

Check, in this order:

* Does /usr/local/mod_survey exist?
* Does /usr/local/mod_survey/data exist?
* Does /usr/local/mod_survey/data have the right permissions (ie, must be 
same user/group as your apache process runs under)
