Hi, on the homepage of mod_survey http://www.modsurvey.org is a link to 
the "survey hosting layer for Mod_Survey" called "Cough", a web 
interface to use instead of FTP upload. But the given link 
http://www.modsurvey.org/cough/ is broken.

I found another (old?) page 
http://gathering.itm.mh.se/modsurvey/cough/overview.php Is this - v0.1.0 
- the latest release of Cough or is ther a newer version?
