Re: Webfrontend Cough for mod_survey

The one on gathering is the latest and only release. I would not recommend 
using it. Cough has been out of development for several years, and there 
are known bugs in it.

If you still use it, you may wish to restart apache weekly to clear out 
stale file handles. Make sure apache goes to a full stop and kill the 
processes if needed.

You may also sometimes need to do a "killall -9 ls" to clear stale list 
processes.

I have essentially discarded any plans for picking up Cough again, but if 
someone wants to take it up just say so and I can give a more detailed 
list with what the problems with it is.

Hint: Are you sure you don't want to rather use ILSE? It doesn't do 
exactly the same thing but is close. http://ilse.eveca.de/
