Sorry I was a while in answering.

Testing this it seems it does not work yet. I will see to it that the same 
mechanics apply to CUSTOM before releasing the -pre. However, since there 
is no CAPTION in a CUSTOM, you will not be able to parse $caption in the 
error message, so I guess MUSTMSG might still have a place.
