Re: Customizable submit error messages

Ok, I've fixed CUSTOM in svn. It has now got a CAPTION parameter, with the 
only purpose of being displayed in SUBMITERROR. I've also checked that it 
behaves in the expected way with MUSTANSWER and SUBMITERROR.

I'm leaving MUSTMSG for now. It is still valid as an alternative to 
writing both a CAPTION and a SUBMITERROR tag.
