Release date pushed one day

I have previously said that the preliminary release date for the stable 
3.2.0 is august 16. This has to be pushed to the 17:th for the absurd 
reason that my university plans to have the whole mail system shut down 
for five days, a period ending at the 16:th.

I will not use the terms "microsoft", "exchange" and "are you surprised?"
in the same sentence.

In case the mailing list doesn't survive the alleged upgrade, I will still 
do a stable release and announce it on freshmeat and on the web page. The 
mailing list notice will have to wait a few days then.
