Bugs/enhancements in SPSS

I've committed a few SPSS updates to the CVS. The export now:

* Supports a choice for filtering out all MEMO fields.
* Truncates MEMO fields to 250 characters if included. 
* Sets a field length for MEMO fields (previously bugged out and set a 
zero-length field width)
* Assumes that all text fields without defined MAXLEN should be truncated 
at 250 characters.

This might need some more testing before considered stable.
