ILLEGALVAL in multipage and PROGRES

Hi,

Continued great work on Mod_survey, I just updated to the latest stable.

I have a CHOICE question in which I set ILLEGALVAL to -1; however, it's
part of a route and might get skipped over altogether and so it defaults
to 999. Is that the expected behavior?

Also, I saw reference to the PROGRES tag but the documentation for
including it in the survey is unclear to me. I found this thread in the
devel list but couldn't quite figure it out:

example online I can see?
