Thanks bugant,  it doesn't produce that error anymore.  When I hit "Complete
later" it gives me a Persistance Access Code in the format:

  Your code is: 20050115_141407_9420211.28.93.196 

I see that my ip has been added to the end.  When I goto "Finish your
pre-answered survey" and put the whole string in I get the error:

  Malformed key: (expects) formatted approximately YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_PPPP

So I remove the ip address from the end:

  20050115_141407_9420

But still get the same error.  Any ideas?
