Stable release 3.2.2

Ok, 3.2.2 is out through the door. This is mainly a bugfix release:

- UNIQUE now works as intended. In 3.2.1, it was ignored because of a 
syntax error.
- It should now be possible to use FILTER in IMPORT. Previously it bugged 
out saying there were too many FILTERs defined already.
- Database errors (such as IMPORT trying to select from a non-existing 
table or column) are now raised as exceptions and reported rather than 
being ignored silently.

Apart from these bugfixes, nothing major has changed since 3.2.1.
