new reject msg from an arm64 buster install

Greetings all;

I've not made any progress at isolating different installs, as I'm 
determined to make it run on all of them first.

I have installed the common and client version on the buster install, and 
edited amandahosts, now getting these reject msgs in the daily mail.

FAILURE DUMP SUMMARY:
  picnc / lev 0  FAILED ["security file '/etc/amanda-security.conf' do 
not allow to run '/usr/bin/tar' as root for 'amgtar:gnutar_path'"]
  picnc /boot lev 0  FAILED ["security file '/etc/amanda-security.conf' 
do not allow to run '/usr/bin/tar' as root for 'amgtar:gnutar_path'"]
  picnc /media/pi/workpi1 lev 0  FAILED ["security 
file '/etc/amanda-security.conf' do not allow to run '/usr/bin/tar' as 
root for 'amgtar:gnutar_path'"]
  picnc /media/pi/backuppi lev 0  FAILED ["security 
file '/etc/amanda-security.conf' do not allow to run '/usr/bin/tar' as

Same msg for all 6 DLE's on that buster install.  Suggestions? Broken 
perms? IDK.
