Yes, that's been on my back-burner for a very long time.  (Getting pushed
farther and farther back, too. ;-) )

I'll see if I have time this summer.  The person who reported it also
supplied some un-LZW source code that could be adapted, if necessary.
It's just a matter of finding the time to do it.  (His code was C++ and
would need to be translated.)

There was another one a long time ago, and it was quite subtle.  So I'm
not surprised you couldn't find this one...
