Yes, 3.0.1 is being skipped over. The fix/change of adding the pragma may only be a couple of lines of code, but it is a big difference in behaviour and requires complete retest of Audacity reading and writing database files (which is a big chunk of what Audacity does). I was anticipating 3.0.1 would be a release that gathers more information about the 2700 bug. Instead we are going straight to 2700 which fixes it. --James.
