Audacity crashes on Launch

Tested on Linux with 3.0.3 ea04ee

If I remove:
audacity.cfg
pluginsettings.cfg
pluginregistry.cfg

then Audacity will launch without error.

If I then exit and try launching again, Audacity crashes:
"Segmentation fault (core dumped)"
