Re: Conan???

Hello,
I have to say that this change has broken CYGWIN, MinGW-w64 and MSYS2.
Now, if you try to run cmake, you will see that:

1) it does not find *ANY* system library correctly installed, but they
were found before this change.

2) the configuration process hangs with this message (I made it with
CYGWIN, but the others are the same):
