WAV file changed without editing

Hello, I downloaded the newest Audacity to edit one corrupted WAV file from old 8 bit computer. Before I edited raw data in hex editor. But I noticed that if I load the WAV file, no editing and export the WAV files do not match. What shall I set to get the same output file ?
