Not able to find and load old saved projects in Audacity verson 2.2.2 for editing.

Dear Sir,
I have got a laptop with Windows 10 OS and I have bee using Audacity
since last three years successfully. Earlier I used to save the
projects in a folder where it could be edited in future if required.
But now I find only the data files(in folders  e00) and no saved files
with Audacity incon(which were available earlier).
Please help me so that I can retrieve my old Audacity projects and
edit it with Audacity 2.2.2
