Streaming music!

HI!

I have Windows 10 prof 1809 with Realtec HD sound configuration (driver 
6.0.1.7553, sound codec ALC888B/ALC887) and use Audacity 2.3.0.

My problem is that I can't record music I hear in my speakers to 
Audacity, because the stereo mixer is not working (I have tried 
everything to fix it).

I have found that this program "Streaming Audio recorder" from 
Apowersoft can fix it.

I wonder now why I can't record streaming music from the web direct to 
your Audacity 2.3.0?
