-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I have been trying out paranoia and have been noticing some static and sound distortion on particularly low bass samples in the resulting wavs which were not present when playing the sound via cd. (ie: emperor's theme from Return of the Jedi) One of my friends suggested that I need a digital audio cable from my cd-rom to my sound card. I currently do not have one; just an analog cd-rom-to-sound-card cable. Does this matter to paranoia, and if I install one, will paranoia automatically use it, or is there some switch needed? thanx - --Rob -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQE9feNxbTmLG8XBdKARAlosAJ9WGSd1wX5BqHUEB6AYHZE2pIKLrACg1hEU S0v9W+4bGhOvv4ELmvJfsCo= =IPMZ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ Paranoia homepage: http://www.xiph.org/paranoia/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to '[email protected]' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body.
