FLAC looks great.

Would you consider adding a link to your main site page indicating the
latest version is 1.3.0 ? I found that burred away on the changelog
page

e.g. you could write:

"The latest version of FLAC is 1.3.0" Link to
http://xiph.org/flac/changelog.html

You can see this is how other industry groups like Khronos introduce
their latest spec versions of OpenGL:
